Dr. Muhammad Ashfaq Ahmed Nadeem is an experienced General and Laparoscopic Surgeon with over 20 years of clinical and surgical practice across high-volume and resource-limited healthcare settings.

His professional experience includes open and minimally invasive general surgery, laparoscopic procedures, trauma and emergency surgery, selected urological and gynecological procedures, hospital administration and clinical leadership.

He has performed more than 6,000 surgical procedures, including over 1,000 laparoscopic procedures. He has extensive experience managing complex emergencies including road-traffic accidents, gunshot injuries, blast injuries and mass-casualty incidents using Advanced Trauma Life Support principles.

He has also led surgical teams, trained doctors and paramedical staff, supervised junior surgeons and CPSP fellows, contributed to hospital quality improvement and helped strengthen emergency-response systems in challenging clinical environments.
