Submitting an online consultation form does not create an immediate emergency-care relationship and does not guarantee acceptance or a particular appointment time. Uploading payment proof does not verify payment automatically. An appointment is confirmed only after manual payment verification and confirmation by the practice; a Calendly selection remains provisional until then.
Limitations of online consultation
An online consultation cannot reproduce every part of a physical examination. Camera quality, internet connection and incomplete information can limit assessment. The doctor may advise the patient to attend a physical clinic, another specialist, a hospital or an emergency department, or to obtain further tests before advice can be completed.

Uploaded reports, scans, prescriptions and photographs may be incomplete, outdated, unclear or insufficient. Further testing or original records may be required. Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for explaining material changes in symptoms, medicines or medical history.
Professional assessment and outcomes
Investigation and treatment decisions depend on professional assessment, clinical findings, available evidence and the individual patient's condition. A recommendation may change when new information becomes available. No surgical result, recovery period, diagnosis or treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
