Online consultation requests
The online form allows a patient to submit information and request a phone, WhatsApp voice or video consultation. Submitting the form does not create an immediate emergency-care arrangement and does not by itself guarantee that an online consultation is suitable or available.
The practice may recommend a physical examination, further investigations, another specialist, a hospital visit or emergency care when clinically appropriate.
Physical clinic appointments
Physical appointments are arranged directly through the confirmed telephone numbers shown for Safari Medical Centre and Ibadat International University Hospital. Website schedules describe normal consultation availability but may change because of clinical duties, holidays or circumstances outside the practice's control. Patients should call the clinic to confirm before travelling.
Accurate and complete information
Patients are responsible for providing information that is accurate, relevant and complete to the best of their knowledge, including contact details, symptoms, diagnoses, medicines, reports and payment references. Patient review submissions

JazzCash payment and manual verification
Payment is made outside the website to the confirmed JazzCash account. Submitting a transaction ID or screenshot does not automatically verify payment.
The practice manually matches the transfer details before confirming an appointment. A payment screenshot may be rejected if it is unclear, incorrect, duplicated or cannot be matched. Contact the practice about a payment concern; any rescheduling or payment resolution will depend on the circumstances and applicable obligations.
Provisional scheduling and confirmation
Calendly becomes available only after the consultation request has been saved. Selecting a Calendly time creates a provisional time request, not a confirmed appointment. The appointment is confirmed only after manual payment verification and confirmation by the practice.
Patients should keep their consultation reference and provide it when requested. A requested time may need to be changed if the doctor is unavailable or if the clinical concern requires a different form of care.
Cancellation, rescheduling and availability
Patients should contact the practice as early as possible to cancel or request a different time. Rescheduling depends on availability. The practice may also need to change or cancel a consultation because of emergencies, clinical duties, technical interruption or other reasonable circumstances and will use the provided contact details to coordinate where practical.
Not for emergencies
For severe pain, heavy bleeding, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, chest pain, sudden weakness, suspected stroke, serious injury or a rapidly worsening condition, contact local emergency services or visit the nearest emergency department.
Professional medical judgment and outcomes
Diagnosis, investigation and treatment recommendations depend on professional assessment and the information available. The doctor may revise an opinion when new information, examination findings or test results become available. No diagnosis, treatment result, recovery time or suitability for a procedure is guaranteed.
